If Debit Card / Visa Card is Lost or Stolen:

Tandem Federal Credit Union will never send out text messages or emails related to member's debit cards, Visas, and/or accounts. As long as you do not give out your account information, your account should be ok. If your account or cards have been compromised after credit union hours, please contact:

If it is during regular business hours, please contact the credit union at 1.586.759.5050 between the hours of 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Debit Card Limits

• $100- $1,000 per day (credit purchase, no pin)
• $100 limit per card per day (credit purchase, no pin) (system down)
• $100 - $1,000 per card per day (Pinned debit purchase)
• $100 limit per card per day (Pinned debit purchase) (system down)

* LIMITS MAY VARY DEPENDING ON CREDIT UNION APPROVAL AMOUNTS

ATM Cash Withdrawal Limits

• $500 per card per day
• $100 per card per day (system down)

* When system is down it is unable to read account balances, as protection for member, limits are reduced when system is unable to read balances
